| Minutes of Meeting | Rotary Club Of Pune South Minutes of 4th BOD of Rotary Club of Pune South conducted on 29th October 2023 time 19.00 hrs Venue: Deccan Gymkhana Club Leave of Absence: Rtn. Mridula Ghodke, Rtn. Abhijit Joag, Rtn. Dr. Rajendra Gosavi, Rtn. Dr. Kiran Purohit, and Rtn. PN Dr. Mandar Ambike Proceedings of the meeting: 1. MOM of last BOD were approved. 2.Review by President: a. Nomination Committee meeting was confirmed for 20th November 2023 and Rtn. Sandeep Vilekar appointed as Election Officer. b. A resolution congratulating the Certificate winners of Ekankika competition. c. Rtn. Raghavendra Ponkshe who has been elected as Vice President of Indo American Society and d. Rtn. Sunil Joshi who has been included in the Executive Committee of Sandvik Asia company, was passed by the President and seconded by PP Rtn. Sham Kulkarni. Directors Report : 1.Treasurer Rtn. Purushottam Sahasrabuddhe informed that Club membership dues in respect of 5 members were still due. As the expenses of the Club have increased he suggested to increase the Club fees from Rs.4300/- to Rs.5000/- It was decided to increase the wages of the lady who cleans the Club Office from Rs.400/- to Rs.500/- per month. 2. Director Club Service Projects Committee Rtn. Dr. Sudhanshu Gore a. It was decided to play a match of Box Cricket in the Society ground of Rtn. Vinod Agrawal on 26th November 2023. It was also decided to hold the last weekly meeting of November 2023 before the match and hence there would be no meeting on Monday 27th November 2023. The expenses for the Box Cricket match would be diverted from other avenues. 3. Director Foundation: Rtn. Madhuri Kirpekar She has asked all BOD members to contribute minimum $500/- to the Foundation. 4. Director Club Service Projects: Rtn. PP.Sandeep Vilekar He informed that meetings of Interact and Eco Clubs would be resumed after Diwali vacation. The installation ceremony of Rotract Club of Pune South was held on 28th October 2023 It was decided that Charter Presentation and installation of the new Symcare Club would be held after Diwali. It was decided to hold RYLA after Diwali . 5. Director Club Admin. Committee: PN Rtn. Manisha Belgaonkar She informed that work of Bulletin was going on smoothly Also Program Committee and Fellowship Committee were doing well. Rtn. PP Vinod Agrawal explained the progress of Gundalwadi Project. The meeting ended followed by Fellowship sponsored by PP Rtn. Sham Kulkarni and Rtn. PP Dr. Rajendra Gosavi.
